Kenny Hill 2000 Madrid
Okay this guitar has been played a lot by me and others. For a long time I never had the guitar on my site becasue I felt the sound was little weak. Then I had a pick up install last month and my repair person said " holy cow Ed, the bridge is not glue down right. He took off the bridge and did it right .Now we have a great sounding guitar ,still beat up with a few cracks but she sounds great! The Madrid model is a copy of a Ramirez 1a model that’s now going for over $7000.00.This guitar
If you compared a 1970 1A Ramirez with this guitar the only big differences you would notice is the _ plus_ size of the 1a Ramirez's neck and this guitar has a nice open sound becasue the top is a light french polish and the old 1a is some thick old stuff . . okay here's some info I nicked from Kenny's site.
