Cancellation Policy
Dear Students & Parents,
Edward and I would like to acquaint you with or remind you of some vital rules that help keep our teaching business running smoothly. We do not ask that you prepay for lessons, but we do expect you to honor any lesson time you schedule with us. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, which means that you must contact us the day before the lesson to cancel. If you cancel on the day of the lesson, or do not show up for the lesson, we will still expect you to pay us for the missed lesson. However, we would prefer as much advance notice as possible, so that we can make the time available to other students. If you miss a lesson, we can try to reschedule it within the same week, but this depends on your schedule and ours. Remember that if everyone gives notice in advance, then we will have openings for students who need to make up lessons.
